Caterpillar/Rolly Poly Membership
Rolly Poly Membership is for students walking through 2.99 years old. Membership includes the following benefits: * 40 Minute Rolly Poly Gymnastics Class (Parent Participates) * Preschool Open Gym (6 hours/month) (Parent Participates) * $100 discount on Birthday Party * Discount on all other applicable events |
Tumble Bug Membership
This membership is for students 3 years through 5 years old. Membership includes the following benefits: * 40 Minute Tumble Bugs Gymnastics Class * Preschool Open Gym (6 hours/month) * Friday Night or Saturday Open Gym (up to 10 hours/month) * $100 discount on Birthday Party * Discount on all other Events (PNO, Camp, KDO, etc.) |
School-Age Membership
This membership is for students Kindergarten to 18 years old. Membership includes the following benefits: * 55 Minute long Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior TnT, or Tumbling Class per week * Friday Night or Saturday Open Gym (up to 10 hours/month) * Skills Clinic (2 hours/month) * $100 discount on Birthday Party * Discount on all other Events (PNO, Camp, KDO, etc.) |
Additional Classes
Additional classes can be added on to either the Rolly Poly, Preschool, or School Age Membership and entitles the student to multiple classes per week. There is no limit to how many additional classes may be added.
* 2nd or 3rd Class - 50% Discount
* 4th and 5th Class - 60% Discount
* 6th & 7th Class - 70% Discount *Discount applies to subsequent membership fees. Examples:
School Age Membership is $122/month for 1 class. If a student selects a 2nd class, their monthly membership fee would be $183 ($122+ $61 ($122 x .50))
Preschool Membership is $111/month for 1 class. If a student selects a 2nd class, their monthly membership fee would be $166.50 ($111 + $55.5 ($111 x .50))
Additional classes can be added on to either the Rolly Poly, Preschool, or School Age Membership and entitles the student to multiple classes per week. There is no limit to how many additional classes may be added.

Membership Policies
Membership Fees
* A one time, class membership enrollment fee of $80 first child/$55 additional siblings for Rolly Poly, Preschool & School Age Memberships will be charged at the time of enrollment.
* The Class Membership enrollment fee is a one time fee as long as a student remains an active member. For our customer's convenience they may freeze their membership for up to 2 months and remain in active status. If an AOG membership is cancelled, a new enrollment fee will be charged upon re-enrollment.
* Alpha Omega only accepts credit card/debit card payment. Monthly Membership fees will be charged electronically through a credit card on the 15th of the month for the following month.
* Membership Fees that are declined by the credit card and are not paid by the 25th of the month are subject to a $35 late fee.
* Membership Fees are based on a 46 week year. There are 6 weeks a year where there are no classes;
* Spring Break week, 4th of July week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week, and the 1st week of the schoolyear.
Membership Status
* Membership in program is continuous until written notice of cancellation is given by filling out a Membership Change Form.
* Cancellation must be received prior to the 10th of the month for the next month's membership fees.
* Membership will be moved to cancelled if an outstanding balance is carried for more than 10 days. If this occurs then a new enrollment fee will be required upon re-enrollment.
* Membership must be active and in good standing in order to use benefits.
* Membership may be upgraded or downgraded at anytime.
* There will be no prorating of membership fees for missed class, however missed class may be made up.
* Open Gym, Skills Clinic, KDO, PNO, and Special Events have limited space and require pre-registration.
Withdrawals & Refunds
* Alpha Omega Gymnastics is a year round facility. If a student wishes to withdraw this must be done by filling out a Membership Change Form by the 10th of the month. The Membership Change Form is found at the bottom of any page on our website. Any cancellation or freeze form filled out after the 10th of the month will be charged the following months tuition.
* No refunds will be applied once a charge has been made to an account. (except within the first 30 days)
* The first month enrolled can be used as a trial period. All tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. If at any time during the first month , a customer is not completely satisfied, they may drop their child/children from the program and receive a full refund.
* Should a charge be disputed through a financial institution, it will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any/or all current and future agreements.
Substitutions & Cancellation
* Alpha Omega Gymnastics reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher or coach if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and AOG cannot arrange a substitute, any missed classes will be made up.
* In cases of severe weather, AOG reserves the right to cancel classes or events, as we care about the safety of our families and staff. In the event of flooding or tornado warnings in our area and it is not safe to travel, classes will be cancelled with the option for any missed classes to be made up.
Attendances & Tardiness
Regular attendance and punctuality is very important. There is no refund or tuition adjustment for missed classes. However, make up classes are allowed in the appropriate class level. Make up classes must be scheduled by completing the make-up class form located on our website: mckinney.alphaomegagymnastics.com/make-up-classes
Injuries
Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on AOG property resulting from normal gymnastics activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time.
Gym & Environment
Our goal is for our students to learn in a safe, fun atmosphere. Discipline is an important part of a student's training. Classes are taught in a positive, constructive environment meant to educate and build self esteem. Students are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior during class and to show respect towards other students and teachers.
* Food, drinks, gum, or candy are not allowed on the gym floor.
* Cell phones, ipods, or any other items that would cause class distractions are not allowed on the gym floor.
* Parents and non-participating siblings/friends are not allowed on the gym floor or in class at any time, except under staff direction.
* Please have Children use the bathroom before beginning their class.
* AOG is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in gym/lobby premise.
* Parents are responsible for any damages to property or assets made by their children or others while under their direct supervision. Please keep the lobby area clean for our other guests by throwing away any trash in the proper receptacles.
* Children must be picked up no more than 5 minutes from the end of their class.

Class Attire
* Rolly Poly (walking - 2.99 years old) and Varsity Tumbling (Middle School & High School) classes do not have a required uniform. They can wear any leotard or comfortable clothing with no buckles, zippers, or snaps. Please no dresses, skirts, or excessively loose clothing. * All other classes have a specific uniform that must be purchased at the center prior to starting classes. If a student comes to class without the proper uniform a new one must be purchased prior to attending class. * Girls Hair should be pulled back out of the face in a pony tail. * Students should enter the gym for class with their shoes and socks off and neatly placed in a cubbie, or with their parent |
