Good afternoon AOG Family. We hope that you are all staying happy, healthy, and optimistic. Please read the very important information below on Alpha Omega’s plan as we move forward. Hopefully, this should answer most of your questions and give guidance during this uncertain time.
As a small, family business we are navigating through this situation with faith, wisdom, and integrity. Our promise to you, your children, the amazing AOG Staff, and the community is that AOG will weather this storm and come back strong. To whatever extent necessary, every dollar we have has been pledged to our recovery and rebuilding. At the moment, our company has trimmed every non-essential expense and is paying as much as it can, to as many staff as it can, while still servicing the rent, utilities, debt and insurance payments where applicable.
To come back strong (which means staying current with rent payments, bills, and retaining our amazing teachers and support crew) requires careful budgeting, and you can help our cause significantly.
As you know, tuition is auto debited on the 15th of every month and the next date is approaching. Until we are able to re-open, we are offering 2 different options to our family members.
Option 1: Member Loyalty Credit (**no action is required**) (we know that each family must do what is best for them. This option is our preferred option, but we understand if it does not work for you and your family)
Families who remain enrolled will be significantly rewarded: 120% Member Loyalty Credit - During our pause of operations,
120% of all tuition dollars your family pays towards April, May, etc., will be held as a credit to your account in the form of a
“Member Loyalty Credit”. Your total credit will be divided evenly over 10 months to reduce future tuition, once we reopen and
your children are attending class.
EXAMPLE: Assume our pause of operations continues through April and May with resumption of operations on June 1.
a. If the resumption of operations is anything other than the first of a month, all numbers will be pro-rated to that date.
b. If membership is cancelled during the 10-month discount period, all monies prepaid will be reserved as a credit for future use for any AOG program.
c. Groupon families may opt for the Member Loyalty Credit. If this applies to your family, please contact us if you are ready to convert in order to take advantage of this offer. All Groupon classes missed while we are closed will be subject to make-up classes
Option 2: Freeze your account (**ACTION IS REQUIRED BY 4/10/20**)
Families have the option of freezing their account, which has been extended beyond the normal 2-month period. Click on the following link and fill out the Membership Freeze Form:

**When filling out the form, it is very important that you signify your date of return. Please select 6/1, 7/1, or 8/1 (Once frozen, class can be resumed earlier than each of these dates, by giving us a call)**
It is also preferred that members who choose Option 2 signify that they will make up all classes that were paid for during the month of April. If this option does not work for you, then please signify that you would like a credit for your April tuition. This credit will be applied to the first month of tuition once your family returns from their freeze.
Important Notes:
a. For members who have already submitted freeze forms, please contact us if you would like to join the Membership Loyalty Program, and we will keep you enrolled with the noted benefits.
b. If class resumes sooner than 6/1, frozen members will have the option of restarting class early, once we are open.
c. If our business remains closed beyond 6/1, then those frozen members will not be charged, and only charged prorated amounts (if applicable), once we have complete certainty on our reopening date.
Finally, as previously stated, any classes missed in March are subject to make-ups, and as always, will not expire and will sit there until you use them once we re-open.
